Relax, renew and revive yourself in our Restorative Yoga sessions. We will ease into soothing restorative postures, breath work (pranayama) and mindfulness. This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. It is conscious relaxation and makes use of props to create positions of ease and comfort that facilitate relaxation and health. Bolsters, blankets, eye pillows and sandbags are used to support and benefit students during class. Early registration recommended.
