Ashtanga Yoga for Every Body: Instructor Cena Jennette
This led class follows "most" of the Primary series in Ashtanga Yoga up to Navasana and includes select finishing poses in order to keep the class within a 90 minute time frame. Students will practice a specific sequence of poses designed to stretch, strengthen and detoxify the body. Some simple hands on adjustments will be offered, and modifications will be shown as necessary.
