1/2 Primary Series: Instructor Cena Jennette
This led class follows "most" of the Primary series in Ashtanga Yoga up to Navasana and includes select finishing poses in order to keep the class within a 60 minute time frame. Students will practice a specific sequence of poses designed to stretch, strengthen and detoxify the body. Some simple hands on adjustments will be offered, and modifications will be shown as necessary. Appropriate for all levels.
